RETREAT DETAILS & TRAINING
Each student will have the opportunity to deepen their own asana practice, gain insight to creating a state of flow for their students (for those that are teachers), and a chance for observing their current flow/psychology reflection using the framework of the chakra system.
Where can your practice evolve?
How do you harness chaos?
How do you find grace in transition?
Vulnerability and curiosity are the key to our awareness. But only by leaning into transition and chaos in a loving way are we able to truly uncover our potential, abundance, and unity of the self.
Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (CE) Credits available: 25hrs
What you will hopefully leave with:
Previous yoga experience recommended. You don’t necessarily need to have completed a 200hr training course, however be mindful this is an advanced yoga lab so at least 5 years of practice is requested.
